Free NHS Talking Therapies –  Refer yourself for NHS Talking Therapies. For those who live in Leicester, Leicestershire or Rutland and aged 16 or over. If you are regularly feeling down or tearful, or are still struggling, please take a look at the other pages on this site, or speak to your midwife, health visitor or contact the surgery to book a review with a member of the clinical team. You may be offered an appointment with our dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to decide what other support you may need. You may also be referred to the specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service  In some cases, medication may be needed to support your mental health and aid your recovery.
