Patients who have had angina, heart attacks or coronary bypass grafts are offered an annual review with one of the nurses. You will be asked to book a blood test for your annual bloods and to provide us with blood pressure readings to complete the requirements for your review. One of the clinical team will then arrange a suitable review to discuss your results and take any required follow-up action.
