Meningitis Outbreak in Kent

We understand that there has been concern about the recent reports of meningitis cases in Kent. At present, our practice has not been contacted by the local Health Protection Agency regarding any immunisation catch-up campaign or the issuing of prophylaxis antibiotics linked to this outbreak.

If we do receive official instructions from the Health Protection Agency, we will act promptly and follow their guidance to ensure patient safety.
